Senior .NET Core Developer (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Developer to join a partner company in Portugal. You will work on designing, building, and integrating secure, scalable platforms that support complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core.
• Build and model APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenAPI) and integrate them with corporate management systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, domain‑driven design, and system modeling initiatives.
• Develop security‑focused platform components, including control planes and policy‑driven workflows.
• Implement event‑driven solutions using technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub.
• Design resilient systems with strong reliability, failure handling, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and product teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Support continuous improvement of development practices, architecture standards, and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proven experience designing and implementing secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and architectural expertise.
