Senior Learning Solution Expert – Technology

About the role

The Senior Learning Solution Expert acts as a strategic partner, turning business priorities into high‑impact learning journeys focused on technology. You will design, coordinate and sometimes deliver training on AI, data science and networking solutions, ensuring the sales force is equipped with the latest technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and people partners to identify capability gaps and define learning requirements per region and role.
• Collect learning needs, create training plans, and track execution against measurable outcomes.
• Design, develop and own scalable learning journeys and training materials for technical skills.
• Facilitate and deliver selected trainings, including train‑the‑trainer sessions, especially in generative AI areas.
• Manage rollout of certification programs, define curricula, publish content and evaluate learning impact.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in training, coaching or learning enablement.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with sales audiences.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and act as a trusted learning consultant.
• Business acumen, customer focus and a self‑driven learning mindset.
