Digital Learning Specialist – Cybersecurity Training

About the role

You will join the global Cybersecurity Training & Awareness team to design, build and deliver digital learning experiences that make cybersecurity understandable and actionable for all Siemens Energy employees. Working alongside another Digital Learning Specialist, you will turn regulatory requirements into engaging, role‑based training that reaches staff on the factory floor, in offices, and across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce digital learning measures (WBTs, micro‑learning, blended formats) for a diverse global workforce.
• Develop role‑based training journeys for target groups such as all employees, IT asset owners, developers and managers.
• Administer the corporate learning ecosystem, primarily the company‑wide LMS and specialised cyber‑skill tools.
• Translate technical cybersecurity content from subject‑matter experts into learner‑friendly formats.
• Present learning topics to internal stakeholders, including the works council.
• Continuously improve content based on feedback, reporting insights and evolving security requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in corporate learning, instructional design or a comparable role.
• Hands‑on experience with modern e‑learning authoring tools.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and didactical concepts.
• Technical or IT‑related background with a genuine interest in cybersecurity.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
