Senior Growth Hacker (Remote)

About the role

Idera, Inc is seeking a Senior Growth Hacker to own and accelerate the acquisition, activation, and expansion of developers for its API platform. The role is fully remote and requires a fast‑moving, data‑driven mindset to design, test, and scale growth experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, measure, and iterate on growth experiments across the funnel (acquisition, activation, expansion).
• Identify and test new channels for developers and technical buyers, including SEO, content loops, product‑led growth mechanics, and community‑driven tactics.
• Build and optimise signup, onboarding, and activation funnels in partnership with product teams.
• Set up tracking, dashboards, and experiment frameworks to ensure data‑driven decisions.
• Run rapid A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, emails, pricing pages, and in‑product flows.
• Manage paid acquisition tests with a focus on efficient, scalable channels.
• Report results, kill under‑performing ideas, and reallocate effort quickly.
• Collaborate with GEO/AEO team to boost visibility in the LLM space.

Required profile

• 5+ years of growth, performance marketing, or growth‑hacking experience in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated bias to action – proposes ideas, runs experiments, and ships without waiting for detailed plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and drawing conclusions from experiment data.
• Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with business goals.
• Resourceful, scrappy mindset and passion for emerging technologies, especially AI.
