Senior Graphic Designer (Web3)

About the role

We are looking for a senior graphic designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating in the Web3 ecosystem. Based in Portugal, you will combine brand strategy, digital design and cultural awareness to create engaging experiences for global crypto‑native communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong visual strategy, evolving the brand’s identity while balancing guidelines with creative experimentation.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events and community initiatives.
• Design content optimized for crypto‑native platforms such as Twitter, Discord and Telegram.
• Produce visuals inspired by current memes, trends and digital culture while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Monitor emerging design, technology and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies quickly.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers and external agencies.
• Organise and maintain creative assets, templates and scalable design systems for global growth.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events and community‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital‑first work.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving, creative environments and understand meme culture and crypto‑native communication.
• Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, crypto or similar innovative digital industries is highly preferred.
