Senior Director, Alliance

About the role

This senior leadership position is based in Portugal and focuses on building and scaling strategic alliances across EMEA. You will lead relationships with top‑tier global systems integrators, shaping joint strategies that drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and long‑term partnership value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA alliance strategy across a portfolio of Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners.
• Develop and maintain C‑suite relationships, establishing regular executive governance through business reviews and joint planning.
• Create mutually agreed partner strategies with clear objectives around consumption, bookings, pipeline generation, and joint innovation.
• Lead the evolution of partner capabilities around emerging Data and AI technologies.
• Drive co‑innovation initiatives, solution development, and partner‑led go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Activate structured partner‑led migration and sales motions using scalable plays and funded programs.
• Manage and develop a team of EMEA alliance professionals, providing coaching and performance management.
• Partner with regional sales and alliance leadership to increase partner‑sourced pipeline and customer impact.
• Establish governance frameworks for accurate attribution of partner‑sourced pipeline.
• Develop enablement strategies that expand partner technical certifications and sales expertise.

Required profile

• Senior executive with proven experience managing strategic alliances and global systems integrator relationships.
• Strong strategic judgment, technical fluency in Data and AI domains, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Track record of influencing large strategic accounts and building scalable partnership models.
• Ability to lead and develop high‑performing alliance teams.
