Senior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Risk Analytics team, you will help build a data‑driven Continuous Auditing and Continuous Control Monitoring (CA/CCM) function. You will work closely with audit, business, and technology stakeholders to develop monitoring solutions, analyse data for risk identification, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement data‑analytics scripts, models, and ETL processes to detect control weaknesses, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Translate audit objectives and business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated CA and CCM solutions, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Support the full lifecycle of CA/CCM initiatives, from concept and design through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement, including AI and LLM‑based enhancements.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analyses for audit engagements and communicate findings through clear visualisations and reports.
• Collaborate with IT, business process owners, and internal audit teams to understand data structures, ensure data access, and align on project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Finance, or a related field.
• Typically 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, audit, or a similar area.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities combined with a solid understanding of internal controls, risk analysis, and audit principles.
• Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent business‑level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
