Senior Data & AI Solution Architect

About the role

Accenture Digital Core is looking for a Senior Data & AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud‑native, data‑driven solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable architectures that generate real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable, cloud‑native architectures that integrate data engineering, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Coordinate execution across local and international teams while aligning with platform governance.
• Oversee data quality, observability, and performance standards.
• Support delivery planning, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Design and validate end‑to‑end data and AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Create AI‑enabled workflows with agentic logic, prompting, and human‑in‑the‑loop steps.
• Define data pipelines, storage, and lakehouse architectures using tools such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Develop prototype AI solutions using low‑code/no‑code or full‑code platforms (Python/Scala).
• Ensure system observability, monitoring, and incident awareness.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and track delivery progress.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience, including team‑lead responsibilities.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
• Professional English (C1) – French or Dutch a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive ownership.
