Senior Controller (Real Estate Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Controller with solid real‑estate or asset‑intensive experience to lead our finance function. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic growth, and maintain robust controls across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and business insights to aid decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management processes.
• Provide financial analysis for growth initiatives, strategic projects and investment opportunities.
• Monitor key financial and operational indicators across the business.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and internal control practices.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on business planning and long‑term objectives.
• Support the development of a high‑performing finance function.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of relevant experience, including prior work as a Controller.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working with auditors, accounting service providers and financial institutions.
• Fluent English with excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
