Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI systems that learn high‑level business reasoning. In this remote, project‑based position you will translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Create discrete, structured tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
