Senior Brand Designer

About the role

This is Noxus’ first Senior Brand Designer role, responsible for owning the visual surface of the company from brand direction to motion, video and sales enablement. You will work closely with the founders, product, GTM and sales teams to shape a cohesive, typography‑led brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Codify and evolve Noxus visual system – typography, colour, grid, photography, illustration, iconography and motion principles.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touch‑points, freelancers and agencies.
• Build and maintain a motion library for UI demos, workflow visualisations and data‑viz animations.
• Own the video pipeline for founder content, case studies, product demos and event recaps, coordinating in‑house and external production.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear visual artefacts such as diagrams, one‑pagers, reports, lead magnets and LinkedIn carousels.
• Create modular sales collateral – deck variants, case studies, battle cards and RFP templates – for reuse without designer involvement on every deal.
• Partner with marketing and sales to ensure brand consistency on all customer‑facing materials.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience in B2B, infrastructure or enterprise‑facing environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating static, motion and video work.
• Clean, modern, typography‑focused aesthetic with a disciplined approach.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Daily use of AI tools with clear opinions on their role in the design workflow.
• Enjoys close collaboration with founders, product and engineering in an office setting.
