Video Editor & Designer (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

Make Things Known is a Portugal‑based content agency that helps founders, CEOs and their marketing teams build trusted brands on LinkedIn and other platforms. We are looking for a full‑time, 100% remote Video Editor & Designer to shape the visual and motion language of our clients and our own channels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit Filipa’s YouTube videos from raw footage to polished, high‑retention pieces.
• Create short‑form video content (talking‑head clips, reels, social cuts) for B2B founders and brands.
• Design LinkedIn carousels, slide decks and other branded assets across multiple accounts.
• Maintain consistent visual standards while adapting to each client’s brand voice.
• Contribute to Make Things Known’s own marketing channels.

Required profile

• 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in B2B, social or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks and viewer retention.
• Comfortable working on multiple brands and switching visual styles quickly.
• Proactive, fast‑moving and takes ownership without needing direction.
