Senior Architect

About the role

Quadrante’s Buildings Business Unit is expanding its Architecture department in Lisbon. The Senior Architect will contribute to a portfolio of national and international projects, covering a wide range of scales and typologies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests and participate in meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies that boost individual and team productivity.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor project processes with stakeholders and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary development, aligning with project objectives and client expectations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar senior role.
• Proven experience designing with Revit across multiple project phases.
• Ability to adapt to diverse project types and environments.
• High autonomy, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
