Senior Android Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join a fast‑growing, venture‑backed FinTech organization. Working remotely across Europe, you will collaborate with product and design teams to turn high‑fidelity designs into a high‑performance native Android application.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test and deploy the core Android app using Kotlin and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Convert pixel‑perfect Figma mockups into responsive UI with Jetpack Compose.
• Explore, prototype and integrate Web3 and crypto‑wallet functionality natively on Android.
• Maintain a clean, testable codebase with automated unit and UI tests.
• Optimize telemetry, localization, memory usage and overall app performance.
• Participate actively in an agile, collaborative development process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience shipping commercial‑grade Android applications.
• Strong product mindset and user empathy.
• Ability to make robust architectural decisions and drive technical excellence.
