Senior Android Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join a fast‑growing, venture‑backed FinTech organization. The role is fully remote within the EU and focuses on building a next‑generation native Android application that integrates cutting‑edge Web3 and crypto wallet experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test and deploy the core Android app using Kotlin and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Convert pixel‑perfect Figma designs into responsive UI with Jetpack Compose.
• Explore, prototype and implement Web3 systems and native crypto wallet functionality.
• Maintain a clean, testable codebase with automated unit and UI tests.
• Optimize telemetry, analytics, localization and memory usage.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross‑functional team, promoting collective ownership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience shipping commercial‑grade native Android applications.
• Strong product mindset and user empathy.
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions and deliver high‑performance code.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑agency environments.
