Freelance Mobile App Developer (iOS/Android)

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced mobile developers to work on the Tendem project, building native and cross‑platform iOS and Android applications. This part‑time remote freelance position involves collaborating with AI‑assisted agents, reviewing generated code, and delivering production‑ready apps for real users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Create responsive UIs that follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Integrate native device features such as camera, push notifications, location, storage, and biometrics.
• Connect apps to backend APIs, manage offline state, caching, and synchronization.
• Implement monetization features like in‑app purchases, ads, and subscriptions.
• Evaluate and refactor AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, battery usage, and maintainability.
• Debug platform‑specific issues and prepare builds for distribution via TestFlight and Google Play Console.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, performance awareness and ability to work independently.
