Senior Android Engineer – AI Product

About the role

Join Qonto’s AI Product team as a Senior Android Engineer and help shape an AI‑first finance workspace used by over 750,000 businesses. You will own the Android experience for AI agents, delivering reliable, scalable features in a regulated banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end Android features for AI agents, from scoping through release, balancing speed with quality.
• Design and maintain clean, SOLID, testable code that can evolve with the product and meet banking regulations.
• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for the majority of development work to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, iOS, backend and frontend teams to bring web‑shipped AI features to Android quickly.

Required profile

• Strong production experience building Android applications with Kotlin.
• Fast‑learning, product‑driven mindset; fintech or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to amplify output and a track record of experimenting with AI.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
