Senior Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital banking initiatives for a leading bank. The programme focuses on modernising customer onboarding, product subscription, lending and digital servicing across web and mobile channels, and is now moving into an industrialisation phase.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of customer onboarding, product subscription, lending and digital servicing journeys.
• Coordinate multiple multidisciplinary squads covering frontend, backend, integration, data, QA, security and infrastructure.
• Translate the programme roadmap into executable delivery plans, defining milestones, sequencing, dependencies and capacity requirements.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies with core banking platforms, identity services, document management, decision engines and regulatory processes.
• Ensure initiatives are ready for development by identifying unresolved business decisions, architectural constraints and delivery risks.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs based on value, regulatory urgency, technical dependencies and team capacity.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Review and Retrospective – and drive shared objectives across squads.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Agile Delivery Management or Programme Delivery within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate several software engineering squads and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, releases and risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
