About the role

Jolera is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic MSP and IT solution provider clients. The role focuses on retaining existing relationships while driving revenue through upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities within a B2B technology and managed‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring high retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute structured account plans aligned with ARR/MRR targets.
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Coordinate pre‑sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain a rigorous pipeline, provide regular forecasts and report to leadership.
  • Contribute to team ARR/MRR goals and portfolio retention metrics.
  • Represent Jolera in high‑value meetings, events and negotiations.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, technology or managed services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of Managed Services.
  • Experience with Cloud solutions.
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure technologies.
