Security Solutions Consultant – Partner Enablement

About the role

The Security Solutions Consultant will work closely with Sophos distribution partners to ensure successful product trials, evaluations and technical enablement. You will act as the technical bridge between Sophos and its channel partners, helping them design, present and implement security solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess partner opportunities, determine technical complexity and allocate appropriate systems‑engineering resources.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations using Sophos tools.
• Conduct product trainings, webinars and keynote sessions for partner engineers and customers.
• Collaborate with the product team to map regional feature requests and support partners in writing technical RFPs.
• Travel as needed to support partner engagements and events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical support engineer, systems engineer or security consultant.
• Strong background working with channel partners and customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for partner support and events.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, proxies, VPN gateways and UTMs.
• Knowledge of endpoint and gateway security solutions.
• Familiarity with penetration‑testing tools such as Meterpreter and Kali Linux.
• Systems administration on Windows, Linux, UNIX and macOS platforms.
