About the role

Join the Four Seasons team in Lisbon as a Seasonal Pool Bar Waiter for the period of April to May 2026. You will deliver attentive, personalized food and beverage service to guests enjoying the iconic pool setting, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service to pool bar guests.
• Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food, wine, and cocktails.
• Set up and maintain tables throughout service, keeping the service area clean and organized.
• Anticipate guest needs, coordinate special requests with the kitchen, and collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams.
• Operate tea/coffee equipment, maintain guest history records, and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with service across other hotel outlets, events, and in‑room dining as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Portuguese and English.
• Passion for courteous guest interaction and proactive service.
