Seasonal Agent / Car Cleaner (Lisbon)

About the role

Join Roadsuerfer’s station team in Portugal as a Seasonal Agent responsible for keeping our camper vans spotless and ready for adventure. You will work part‑time, interacting directly with customers as they pick up and return their vehicles, ensuring every journey starts and ends with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of camper vans, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing.
• Assist customers during vehicle hand‑over and return, providing friendly service and answering basic questions.
• Support daily station operations such as vehicle checks, minor maintenance tasks, and general upkeep.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to get involved in physical tasks.
• Valid driving licence and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese (preferably native) and English.
• Reliability, punctuality and a customer‑focused mindset.
