Sales Representative (English) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will promote Reddit’s advertising solutions to prospective B2B clients, generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and markets to create sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, networking and inbound inquiries.
• Contact prospects via email, phone and social media to present Reddit advertising.
• Highlight the benefits and value of advertising on Reddit.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
• Use data and insights to refine sales tactics and improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at C1‑C2 level.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound or B2B sales.
• Willingness to live in Lisbon or relocate there.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Gross salary €1,237 per month.
• Performance bonus up to €300 per month.
• Signing bonus €2,000 (€1,000 at signing, €1,000 after 6 months).

• Working hours Monday‑Friday 8:00‑18:00.
