Sales Hiring Specialist

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Sales Hiring Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will identify, interview, and secure top sales talent to help the company continue its rapid growth and deliver innovative financial solutions to millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit high‑performing sales professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct structured interviews focused on sales skills, cultural fit, and behavioural competencies.
• Provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on sales hiring, advising hiring managers on best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency) or direct sales roles such as BDR or Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, success drivers, and different sales motions (inbound, outbound, new business, mid‑market).
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct professional interviews, assess skills, and deliver clear, structured feedback.
• Commercial judgement to identify top sales talent through evidence‑based evaluation.
