Sales Development Representative - Spanish speaking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who speaks Spanish to join Pleo’s SDR team. In this role you will help accelerate the sales pipeline for our expense-management solution by reaching out to senior finance leaders and qualifying early-stage opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline through cold calling, social media and email outreach targeting senior finance leaders.
• Qualify prospects by deeply understanding their spend-management challenges before handing them to Account Executives.
• Utilise best-in-class prospecting tools and creative strategies to engage potential customers.
• Share best practices and enable teammates to improve collective performance.
• Proactively seek new ways to exceed targets and support the commercial team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, finance, consulting or a customer-facing role.
• Ambitious, results-driven mindset with a desire to grow quickly in sales.
• Comfortable making cold calls and reaching senior decision-makers.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-player attitude.
• Entrepreneurial and creative thinking.
