Sales Development Representative – Dutch/Flemish & French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative who speaks Dutch/Flemish and French to join our fast‑growing B2B technology team in Portugal. The role focuses on converting qualified inbound leads and generating new opportunities through high‑velocity outbound prospecting across the Benelux market.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify prospects and book product demonstrations.
• Design and execute multi‑channel outbound sequences (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) targeting retailers and businesses in Benelux.
• Assess prospects against buyer‑profile criteria, disqualify low‑quality leads and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Schedule, confirm and protect demo appointments, using reminders and pre‑demo engagement to reduce no‑shows.
• Log all activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate lead disposition and reliable pipeline data.
• Track outreach performance, refine messaging and share insights with the Revenue team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology SDR/BDR role with high‑volume, transactional sales.
• Proven ability to handle 60–80+ meaningful customer interactions per day.
• Strong telephone sales and written communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and French.
• Process‑oriented mindset with discipline around sales cadences, follow‑up and CRM management.
• Resilient, results‑driven and comfortable working in a metrics‑focused environment.
