Sales Assistant & Office Manager

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant & Office Manager to support its Sales organization in Portugal. The role blends executive assistance for the Sales Head with day‑to‑day office management, ensuring the sales team can focus on business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Sales Head of Portugal, handling calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Act as liaison between the Sales Head, internal stakeholders and external partners, preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials.
• Manage office operations, including coordination with HR, IT, Finance and Facilities, and oversee supplies, logistics and events for the sales team.
• Handle local payments, reporting to the Portugal bank, manage RIM and local contracts, and process purchase orders.
• Support sales team members and new joiners with onboarding logistics, access coordination and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate health and safety activities and continuously improve office processes.

• Experience supporting senior sales leadership and managing office logistics.
