Sales Account Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join a fast‑growing company in the Healthy Lifestyle sector. Based in Lisbon, you will be responsible for driving local sales, expanding market presence and ensuring profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profitability and cash‑flow targets for the Lisbon market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Prospect potential clients, manage the full sales cycle and keep CRM records up to date.
• Enhance customer experience, collect market intelligence and report industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new partnerships.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects in line with company sales guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a comparable commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience selling digital devices, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (advantage).
