Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead ATTIKO, its Pan‑Asian fine‑dining concept in Lisbon. You will be responsible for shaping the long‑term strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the brand’s position remains strong in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ATTIKO’s long‑term and short‑term strategic plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with corporate managers to achieve business targets.
• Set and monitor operational efficiency and productivity goals.
• Approve and implement marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
• Build, develop, and lead an operations team focused on service excellence.
• Resolve operational issues, maintain high quality standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Partner with HR to foster an inclusive, high‑performing workplace.
• Coordinate with purchasing to address supply and vendor matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• International experience in fine‑dining restaurants, preferably Asian cuisine.
• 5‑8 years managing high‑end hospitality venues, including nightlife settings.
• Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and team‑spirit orientation.
