Remote Webflow Developer – Build Pixel‑Perfect Sites

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites while owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure pixel‑perfect translation of Figma or Adobe XD mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) and set up analytics.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain site security, update plugins/scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in Figma for design hand‑off.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects and custom interactions.
