Relationship Manager – Networking (Hospitality)

About the role

PlanetPlanet, a global technology provider, is looking for a Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic hospitality customers. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue growth for our networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationships with assigned key accounts, building trusted connections with decision‑makers.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance, service quality and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain structured Key Account plans with measurable objectives.
• Identify cross‑sell, upsell and new‑business opportunities; manage RFI/RFP processes, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to guarantee successful implementation and service excellence.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and provide regular performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments to shape account strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts in the hospitality or technology sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations and support teams.
