Regulatory Counsel (Credit)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to support its retail credit products. You will work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure that new and existing credit features are structured in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues related to the design and launch of credit products in payments and banking.
• Draft customer‑facing legal documentation for credit offerings.
• Help shape and expand credit features while managing regulatory expectations, applications, and approvals.
• Lead complex legal matters with tight deadlines, balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail‑focused legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Strong academic background and solid credentials from a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience advising on financial regulations within the relevant market.
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and work collaboratively across functions.
