Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team and support a wide range of legal matters in an international technology environment. You will work on commercial contracts, corporate issues, intellectual property, compliance and privacy topics while developing your expertise across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research focusing on the US and Europe.
• Prepare legal summaries, memos and internal legal materials.
• Support intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing.
• Assist the Legal team with day‑to‑day legal requests.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Law or final‑year law studies.
• At least 1 year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for increasingly complex matters.
