Recruitment Business Partner – GBS Team (Coimbra & Lisbon)

About the role

Airbus Portugal is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join its Global Business Services (GBS) team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition for the Coimbra and Lisbon sites, supporting a range of functions including Procurement, Engineering, IT, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, data‑mining and x‑ray search techniques.
• Provide market and industry insights to hiring managers and advise on talent trends.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and deliver hiring recommendations.
• Represent Airbus at career fairs and employer branding events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring with strict deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to improving candidate experience.
• Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
