Recruiting Coordinator – Early Careers (12-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join the Human Capital team at Mercer and help build Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon. As a Recruiting Coordinator for Early Careers, you will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for graduate and intern candidates across Germany and Austria.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Review CVs, support candidate screening and manage communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring compliance.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants and HR Operations.
• Contribute to campus recruitment initiatives and other talent‑acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
