Python Developer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our fast‑growing technology team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while contributing to international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Work with containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalability and portability.
• Create and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and software architecture.
• Fluent English communication skills.
