Project Manager – Waste and Water Utilities

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary hydraulic projects in waste and water utilities. You will work in an international, ambitious environment, coordinating urban water, agricultural hydraulics, and water‑resources initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of hydraulic projects, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients.
• Define and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet client requirements.
• Manage client expectations, build trust‑based relationships, and handle priority changes.
• Track project progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote collaboration across production teams to achieve quality and deadline targets.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure technical deliverables (studies, detailed designs, hydraulic models, cost estimates) meet agreed standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics and Water Resources), Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project management within engineering environments.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong organizational abilities.
