Project Manager – Technology & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives for our clients. Based in Lisbon and working in a hybrid model, you will drive projects from inception to delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects following both Agile and traditional PM frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the main point of contact for business, IT and vendor stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, risks and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or Trello to track progress.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead full project lifecycles and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban.
• Traditional PM frameworks – PMI, PRINCE2.
• Project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello.
