Project Manager – Technology & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives for our clients. Based in Lisbon and working in a hybrid model, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure delivery excellence and act as the main liaison between business, IT and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and risk while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication among stakeholders.
• Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2) as appropriate.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet and Trello to track progress.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to clients and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle and deliver results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience handling budgets and risk management.
