Project Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an international project team based in Lisbon. The role involves leading projects from planning through delivery while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, effective communication across all teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust timelines and deliverables as needed.
• Prepare regular project status reports and executive presentations.
• Support project governance processes and contribute to decision‑making activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project reporting and tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive initiatives, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in change management is a plus.
