Project Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for driving project initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate progress.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards in MS Excel.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support change management and decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 5‑7 years) in project management.
• Strong client focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and able to work in a collaborative environment.
