Project Manager – IT Delivery (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a dynamic IT delivery environment in Lisbon. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling technology projects to ensure they meet scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with delivery commitments and client expectations.
• Define schedules, allocate resources with operational teams and monitor progress against milestones.
• Align project objectives with company strategy and ensure clear understanding across the team.
• Identify, track and resolve issues and blockers in a structured manner.
• Maintain a risk register, monitor risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Control scope, manage change requests and prevent scope creep.
• Track project costs and provide accurate financial data for revenue recognition.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, audit‑ready project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising delivery quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Experience with scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Residency in Lisbon with requirement to work onsite twice a week.
• Nice‑to‑have: certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master; strong communication and negotiation skills; familiarity with Agile, hybrid or waterfall frameworks.
