Project Manager (French‑fluent)

About the role

Stratio is looking for a French‑fluent Project Manager to lead delivery for its French‑speaking clients. You will own the end‑to‑end implementation of Stratio’s fleet‑health solutions, ensuring seamless integration with vehicles and smooth transition to steady‑state operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination between Stratio, the client and all internal stakeholders to gather and lock down technical information before deployment.
• Organise and support the field team, assign tasks, track progress and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate onsite activities with clients, manage vehicle availability and handle depot compliance requirements.
• Handle project logistics, including travel, accommodation and material provisioning.
• Ensure compliance with Stratio’s procedures, maintain quality standards and produce proper documentation.
• Track project expenses and provide cost visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, onboard and manage external installation partners, evaluating performance and guaranteeing consistent quality.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in project management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent French (C1) and at least intermediate English (B1).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to bring structure to a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication, independent work style and ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel.
