Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead a portfolio of strategic projects for our clients in Portugal. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and ensuring projects align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, defining governance and aligning with business goals.
• Plan short‑, medium‑ and long‑term projects, setting objectives for cost, schedule, quality and service levels.
• Control project budgets, monitor performance indicators and prepare executive reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, allocate resources and support professional development.
• Maintain close relationships with clients, external partners and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in portfolio management.
• Fluent in English and French (B2+/C1 level).
• Strong alignment with corporate ethics, integrity and customer focus.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
• Project tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps.
• Budgetary management and financial control.
