Project Manager – French Language

About the role

Inetum is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead Salesforce initiatives in Portugal. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce projects from planning through execution, aligning with business goals.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and coordinate analysts, developers, and testers.
• Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and integration with other systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide training, support, and adoption guidance to end‑users.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce innovations and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in agile environments is a plus.
