Project Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the region. This position offers a chance to transition from an electrical background into project management within a fast‑growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end deployment of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical solutions and cost estimates with engineering teams.
• Oversee technical surveys and supervise on‑site installation works.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and installation teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for licensing, permits and project execution.
• Track project progress, report on milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Experience in construction, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of electrical project execution.
• Familiarity with EV charging components and infrastructure (strong advantage).
• Previous exposure to project coordination or management (desirable but not essential).
• Working knowledge of English and Spanish.
