Project Manager – EV Charging Hub Deployment

About the role

Powerdot is looking for a Project Manager to lead the deployment of electric‑vehicle charging hubs across Portugal and Spain. You will ensure that each charging station is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily progress of multiple installation projects with engineering and installation partners.
• Coordinate resources, including installers, contractors, suppliers, and energy distributors.
• Supervise internal technicians during site visits, commissioning, and activation.
• Manage logistics to guarantee timely delivery of equipment to project sites.
• Control CAPEX by negotiating with subcontractors and aligning projects with budgetary constraints.
• Respond to emergencies by performing on‑site visits or commissioning tasks when required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business Management.
• 2–3 years of project‑management experience, ideally in electrical or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
