Project Manager – Buildings

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Buildings Business Unit from the Lisbon office. You will work on a portfolio of national and international projects, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, sustainable engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialties.
• Allocate resources efficiently, matching skills to project needs.
• Guarantee the technical quality of final deliverables.
• Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, timelines and budgets.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced English language skills.
