Project Manager Assistant

About the role

Quadrante is expanding its Transport Infrastructures Business Unit and seeks a Project Manager Assistant to support both national and international projects from its Alfragide office. You will work closely with project teams to ensure smooth document flow and assist in financial and planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage document flow across project teams, including reports, drawings, meeting minutes, correspondence and deliverables.
• Ensure document quality and compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Set up, maintain and continuously improve document management systems.
• Prepare and submit documentation to clients such as transmittals, deliverables and licensing submissions.
• Support coordination and control of financial documents, including budget tracking, cost reporting and invoice follow‑up.
• Assist project planning and monitoring using MS Project.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with document management and related tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.
