Professional Test Manager – Agile QA Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Test Manager to lead testing activities across multiple products within our Tech Hub in Lisbon. You will shape test strategies, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with development teams in an agile, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve test strategies, concepts (including security testing) and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities to align with project timelines and quality goals.
• Establish transparency on quality metrics such as test coverage, defect rates and test progress.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality requirements.
• Drive adoption and improvement of test automation and QA processes.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases and defects using Azure DevOps.
• Support teams in resolving quality issues and identifying risks early in the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including coordination or management of testing activities.
• Strong understanding of test methodologies such as risk‑based, exploratory and regression testing.
• Experience working in agile environments and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to define, track and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
